Welcome to the Telly blog! Check out our highlights & interviews, events, video tips and news from Telly HQ.
Starting today and ongoing for the next 3-4 weeks, we will begin migrating existing Twitvid users to Telly. Your Twitvid profile and all your videos will now be accessible on Telly.com!
No action is needed on your part for this migration as you will still be able to do everything on Telly that you could do on Twitvid - Easily upload videos to Twitter or Facebook from the mobile apps or the website; Watch videos from your favorite Twitter users; Embed your videos on other sites.
In addition, we’ve added a whole set of new features for you to enjoy:
- Organize and share your favorite videos: Install the browser extension or our Chrome bookmarklet to share cool videos you find online
- Build a following: Upload your own videos, or share other videos (YouTube, Vimeo, ESPN, etc.) you find online to your profile on Telly.
- Discover awesome videos: Follow others and discover what videos they finding, liking, or watching.
We hope you enjoy these features and many more to come!
And as always, we would love to hear your feedback to see how we can improve your experience on Telly!

Facebook Timeline allows you to tell your friends who you are and share your experiences.
Today we’re happy to announce that you can now easily share the awesome videos you discover on Twitvid with your friends on Facebook. Woo Hoo! When logged into Twitvid with Facebook, you can choose to share the videos you are watching back to your Timeline and your friends’ News Ticker automatically. We take special care to ensure that only popular videos from reputable sources are shared back to Facebook, so no need to worry about spamming your friends.
We hope you’re just as excited about this update as we are!
You always have the ability to turn off your sharing status using the broadcast icon on every page. Also, you can control your settings from your Activity Log on Facebook, where you can remove specific videos from your Timeline or hide them.

Howdy ladies and gents! :)
Over the years, we’ve worked hard and with passion to provide the easiest and the fastest way to capture and share your videos. Thanks to your tremendous love and support, we’ve gone from a simple app to becoming the largest video sharing service on Twitter.
And as you’ve noticed the changes that have been happening on Twitvid.com over the past few months, this passion for video we share with our users has led us to launch the very first social video network.
What is a social video network? Perhaps the best way to answer that is through our individual and collective experiences around video.
We are at once… video watchers, creators, publishers, and syndicators. We do this every day… all of us. We watch a video, share it, and talk about it. And at times we create and publish our own!
But we don’t have an easy way to deal with the massive and growing volume of videos and tap into the stuff we love. Great videos are there! But a seamless experience in easily discovering, watching, and sharing them (and perhaps even collecting them) just doesn’t exist.
So here we are today! A passionate pursuit of building the very first social video network: a place to discover and watch amazing videos; to seamlessly share them with your friends and network; to collect and create a library of your favorite video collections.
How is it all done? We’ve just gotten started and we’re working tirelessly as the best is yet to come!
Follow our blog and stay tuned for our upcoming posts as we share with you the awesome features behind the first social video network :)
We’ve heard your requests and today are pleased to announce Twitvid.com is available on the Android!
Just like our app for the iPhone 3GS and Blackberry, the Twitvid.com app for the Android is the fastest and easiest way to automatically share mobile videos with your friends on Twitter, Facebook, MySpace and YouTube.
Just open Twitvid, select or record your video, type your tweet, and click post!
